Two opening routes, not a complete walkthrough
ANOMALITH early-mission walkthrough
Chapter achievements mention chapter 4 and 5. That proves later chapters exist. It does not tell me their names, so those chapters are not summarized.
The opening steps below summarize al-gest's public chart, a single walkthrough source checked 2026-10-29. Gamerch independently lists the mission names, not these exact routes.
Opening recruit assignment
According to al-gest's opening chart (single-source route, checked 2026-10-29), complete the combat tutorial before returning to the workshop. These are a source summary, not a claimed playthrough by this site.
- Defeat the initial enemies, proceed, and complete the parry and mutation prompts.
- Leave the room for the workshop, speak with Kyoka Sudo, approach the clock, then upgrade the handgun.
Kirishima Central Hospital: solo investigation
The same al-gest chart gives this hospital sequence. No independent route check or exact room map is available in the cited set.
- Deploy, investigate the hospital, reach the portal, and continue investigating the wall messages.
- Follow the detected reaction, locate the connecting passage, reach the door, destroy the landmark, and proceed through the inner door.
Mission titles
Gamerch’s main-mission index lists 新入調査要員の合同業務, 霧島中央総合病院：単独調査, and 宮乃端町商店街：現地調査. al-gest has step tables for the first two and not the third. Areas named alongside them are the hospital, the shopping street, and, on the trophy page, 京仙デパート. Main-story length from other pages is 20–25 hours, which is not a chapter count.
| Order published | Title | Steps |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 新入調査要員の合同業務 | Step table on al-gest only |
| 2 | 霧島中央総合病院：単独調査 | Step table on al-gest; shotgun pickup is also tied to this mission there |
| 3 | 宮乃端町商店街：現地調査 | Title on Gamerch; no step table in this set |
| Later | Unnamed | Steam highlights “Chapter 4 Cleared” and “Chapter 5 Cleared” without titles |
Questions people ask
Is this a full ANOMALITH walkthrough?
No. It summarizes the opening two mission charts from al-gest and lists a third mission from Gamerch. It does not cover every room or later chapter.
Where is the mission after the shopping street?
Not in the sources used here. It will be added when a public guide names it.
